The Lancaster Architectural Control committee assists homeowners in making improvements that will enhance and protect the value, desirability, and attractiveness of all property within our community by following the guidelines set forth in the declaration of restrictions. Approval is required for all exterior improvements, such as painting, roof replacement, and new fences. Approval must be obtained by the homeowner before work is started. An approval request form should be submitted to the homes association at least two weeks before work is scheduled to begin. Any exterior change or improvement made without prior approval will be considered a violation of the declaration of restrictions, and may result in the assessment of fines against the property owner.
