ANNUAL MEETING

We ended our year with 291 e-mails! This is up from the 213 we started the year with.  Good job everyone.  But we are still short of our goal of 451.  We would love to be able to communicate with all of our residents via e-mail so we can alert you quickly with neighborhood information.  Please sign up and encourage your neighbors to sign up so we can reach our goal.

 

 

If you are considering changes to your home, paint, deck, fence, roofing, windows.... it is important that you fillout an Architectural Control form.  Without prior approval you risk possible violation of deed restrictions and assessment of penalites such as having to re-do the work to comply with approval guidelines.  Please see the  Architectural Control page for more information.

 

  Community Tree Removal & Replacement

We are currently in the process of removing 19 trees located in the common areas of our community that have been determined to be 60% or greater dead. Once these trees have been removed we will then begin the process of evaluating which trees need to be replaced. It will most likely not be a 1 for 1 replacement, each vacant tree space will be evaluated and a decision made for it's replacement or not.
