Posted on Sep 5th, 2019
As you walk down our sidewalks there are trees with low hanging branches. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep trees trimmed to an appropriate height. The City of Overland Park requirements are 8 feet over the sidewalk and 12.6 feet over the street. Click here for more information.
If you are elderly or disabled and need assistance in trimming your trees please contact Lancaster resident Jonathan Van Haste at (913)-244-7592. We will make this into a fun Cub Scout project!Read More >>
Please note that our contracted trash & recycling company WCA does NOT pick up yard waste in January - March.
Please be aware that Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) has been identified in the Johnson County, KS area this year. If you have Ash Trees you may want to contact an Arborist to see if preventative measures or treatment is needed.
